Guidelines:
The Tennis Europe Junior Tour Design Tool has been built to help you create on-brand marketing and communications for your tournament. It is very easy to use, but if you have any problems, just follow these hints and tips: Using the Tennis Europe Junior Tour Design Tool you can create digital and/or printed media assets to promote your Tennis Europe Junior Tour or Tennis Europe flagship event. The resources available include posters, brochure/magazine content, e-mail footers, flyers and social media content (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram headers and posts). There are many design options to choose from when you are creating your piece of communication. Click on the different templates and notice how the backgrounds change. Pick the one that you prefer. Adjust the positions/size of the text, just fill in the text boxes with the information requested and the rest is automatic.
TOURNAMENT NAME
Write ONLY the name of the city or town where your tournament is held (e.g. Paris or Larnaca, NOT France or Cyprus) in the first field. This will appear under the Tennis Europe Junior Tour or Tennis Europe flagship logo on all assets, highlighting the international aspect of the 480+ events of the Tour.
AGE GROUPS AND CATEGORIES
Please find below some examples of the Tennis Europe Junior Tour tournaments with the instruction of using the relevant Age group & Category:
U12 Event
Please select just the age group 12 & Under please add and the relevant tournament category 1/2
U14 Event
Please select the age group 14 & Under and the relevant tournament category 1/2/3.
U16 Event
Please select the age group 16 & Under and the relevant tournament category 1/2/3.
U12, U14 Event
Please select the age group 12/14 & Under and the relevant tournament category 1/2/3. (For example 12/14 & Under – category 2).
U14, U16 Event
Please select the age group 14/16 & Under and the relevant tournament category 1/2/3
U12, U16 Event
Please select the age group 12/16 & Under and the relevant tournament category 1/2/3. ( For example 12/16 & Under – category 2).

POSTERS
You must include the logos of Tennis Europe and your national tennis federation in your poster. Tennis Europe will appear automatically, and the national federation logos are all pre-loaded and easily accessed from the drop-down menus. Just choose the one you need. You can also include your tournament’s logo (if it has one), alongside those Tennis Europe and your national federation. If you wish you can also add sponsor logo(s) too, just press ‘CHOOSE FILE’ and insert a .jpg or .png file. For the best results use hi-resolution (300 dots per inch) files with a minimum width of 515 pixels and a minimum height of 470px. To finish your piece of work press “DOWNLOAD” or "SAVE TO DRAFT" to create your asset and save it to your computer. From there you can either send it to be printed or publish it online.
